Regardless of your websites content, you will need to register a domain name and buy a hosting package. DevZen can organise both of these for you, however, you can also easily achieve this yourself. For registering domain names, DevZen reccomends using 123-reg.co.uk. For hosting needs, DevZen recommends EUKHost.
