As you may or may not know, DevZen can offer remote help. That is we can help you fix or maintain your computer or even train you without the need for us to be on site. That is we can provide a service over the Internet using various technologies:

CrossLoop

• This allows another user (DevZen / us for example) to take control of your computer.
• You download (click here) and install a program (free and no need to register with their site).
• You then tell us your access code (email, voice, skype, etc.).
• We can then see and access your computer to resolve any issues you may have or to train you.

Skype

• A free program and services (in most cases, please read website first).
• The has voice, so if you have this installed you can call us for free (you need to look for devzen in the contacts or contact us to get our email address).
• Chat and file sharing are also included. Chat would alow you to save the conversation for use later (i.e. saving instructions).
