Business Training Solutions and more
It's no secret work here has been undertaken on a few redesigns and extensions to websites. Headley Tyres is one that has recently been extended and Thatcham Flood Forum is another that was redesigned from scratch after and then handed over with training to the client. Currently work is progressing on the new Business Training Solutions website. The new site will get updated content, photographs and a forum specifically for their candidates to use.
The latter two sites noted above both use WordPress and themes from Theme Forest. The question keeps getting raised "why do you openly admit using these?" Well simple, honesty. Drupal and WordPress make it easier to manage a website both for the client and DevZen, it also lowers the cost. Having said that there are times when custom modules need to be created, and some sites are written in pure HTML. As for Theme Forest, again some of the sites we supply are custom designs, however that does add to teh cost and most clients are happy to use a good quality off-the-shelf design. The client is made aware of this upfront, and typically have no problem with it.
